Death came before medical assistance could be given her and was due to heart failure. Samuel H. STURGEON, the husband, had been in the hospital several weeks, suffering from stomach trouble. He was to have been released from the institution Tuesday and Mrs. STURGEON had gone to the hospital to accompany him home. Her death occurred at his bedside. Mrs. STURGEON was well known in this locality and had resided all her life at Oakdale. She was a lifelong member of the Noblestown United Presbyterian Church. The body was brought to Oakdale on Tuesday. Funeral services were held at the late home Thursday afternoon, conducted by the Rev. Dr. W. D. IRONS. Interment was made in Oakdale cemetery.
