   William F. Troy - Funeral services for William F. Troy, 67, a draftsman 
for American Bridge Co., Ambridge for 45 years, will be at 10:30 a.m. 
tomorrow in McDonald's Funeral Home, 529 California Ave., Avalon.
   Mr. Troy, of 173 Allegheny Ave., Emsworth, died Thursday in Suburban 
General Hospital, of a heart attack.
   Born in Gallitzin, Pa., he had lived in Emsworth for 40 years.  
He was the husband of the late Mrs. Nellie F. Troy.
   Surviving are two sons, Paul F. & William F. Troy; a daughter, Jean 
F. Troy, and two grandchildren.
   Burial will be in Allegheny Cemetery.
