OBITUARIES - PITTSBURGH POST-GAZETTE - SUNDAY, JUNE 7, 2009

VENTURINO, Clara Ann (DAMIANO)
Of Millvale, on Thursday, June 4, 2009. Mrs. Venturino was the 
beloved mother of Salvatore Venturino (Angela Zheny) of Penn 
Hills, Anthony Venturino (Tracy) of Shaler and Robert Venturino 
of Baldwin; daughter of the late Antoinette (Venturino) Damiano. 
Her pride and joy were her granddaughters, Alaina, Gianna and 
Alexia Venturino. Mrs. Venturino was a school crossing guard 
for 21 years at Negley Ave. and Hampton St. whose friendliness 
warmed the hearts of everyone who drove or walked past her 
crosswalk. She will be fondly remembered by her co-workers 
and customers of the TJMaxx in the Waterworks. She was Neil 
Diamond's Number 1 fan. Celebrate Mrs. Venturino's life with 
her family on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9PM at the 
FRANK R. PERMAN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 923 Saxonburg Blvd. at 
Rt. 8, Shaler Twp. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Raphael 
Church, Morningside on Monday at 10AM.
