WALKER was laid to rest Sunday afternoon, November 26, (sic) in the Oakdale cemetery. Mr. WALKER was born November 12th, 1868 at Noblestown, in the home where he died Thursday evening at 6 p.m. He was the son of Gabriel and Levina HASTINGS WALKER. He lived his whole life in this community; as a boy, he attended Aalley No. 8 school. His life work was devoted to farming. Mr. WALKER was a member of the United Presbyterian church of Noblestown, also a member of the Moose and Owl clubs. He was married twice; the last time, May 3, 19196, at Wellsburg, W. Va. For some time Mr. WALKER has been suffering from tuberculosis, having recently returned from a Pittsburgh hospital where his case was reported hopeless. he is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ello Susan WALKER (sic) and five children, Howard A., of Holidays Cove, W. Va.; Charles G., Amos J., Lawrence S. Jr., and Margaret J. at home, sister Clara WALKR, also his mother Mrs. Levina WALKER. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at Noblestown U. P. church at two o'clock, conducted by his pastor, Rev. RITCHIE, assisted by Rev. VARNER of the Methodist church. Mr. Lawrence S. WALKER was born November 12, 1869, and passed away Thursday evening, October 23, aged 49 years, 11 months and 11 days. He had spent his entire life on the farm where he was born. He leaves his mother, aged 81 years, a sister and a brother, Newton WALKER, all residents of McDonald, also Wilder WALKER, a brother, at Greensburg, and Harold P.
