Mr. Edward ZEPCO, a resident of the "blocks," was shot in the chest last 
Monday and his recovery is doubtful. Mr. ZEPCO was visiting his sister at 
Morgan when a tramp came to the door and requested something to eat. Mr. 
ZEPCO's sister being away at the time, he refused the man food but offered 
him a drink. The man refused the drink but drew a gun and shot Mr. ZEPCO in 
the chest.
