Fort Pitt Bridge, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, PA
Spanning the Monongahela River and linking the Penn-Lincoln Parkway 
West with Pittsburgh's historic Point and Gateway Center, is the 
realization of a dream of 35 years.  The bridge is a double-deck 
tied arch, the first of its kind in the world and one of the few 
bridges leading directly into a tunnel.
