This is a picture of Harvey Alexander Lowry taken ca 1860-1862. On the obverse 
side is the inscription "Brother Harvey". There is also a green/white 2 cent 
stamp bearing the inscription (top) "U.S.Inter.Rev" (bottom) "Playing cards". 
There is also a picture of George Washington in the center. Harvey Alexander 
Lowry was born in 1857 to James Jr. and Eliza (Elizabeth) Lowry who were my 
great grandparents. James Jr. was the Mayor of Pittsburgh, Pa. 1864-1866.
