This is my great uncle.My father was named after his other brother named
William.My father's name is William Kenneth. Kenneth Moninger and his brother
were in WWI and this I believe was taken in Europe where he was stationed during
the war.I also found a newspaper article of Kenneth Moninger in the Ingram,Penn
paper at the time,The Leader,when he came back from the war. His Mother and one
of his sisters Grace is in this article. 

Additional Comments:
I am trying to locate any decsendents of this family as I have alot of wonderful
photos of this family via my paternal grandfather who took photos of everything
and left a wonderful legacy of photos which are mostly in wonderful condition
still. I have been scanning photos,negatives,articles,etc.for almost a year now
and still not done.
