 This is the birth cert of my gm Amelia Mildred Fox (FUCHS). It is interesting 
 to note the following; 1. Her first name is spelled the French way. 2. Her sex 
 is listed as "female" but that is crossed out and "girl" is substituted. 3. 
 The color is listed as "white", but that is crossed out and what appears to 
 be "with" is substituted. 4. "Henry" is crossed out and "Henry" is 
 substituted. 5. Under name od physician, "Mrs" is written out to the side, so 
 it appears gm had a midwife in attendence and 5. Mrs. Klein's address is 
 initially shown as "Larimer" which is crossed out and "Lamer" is written in.
 The date of the certificate is October 3, 1888 and the date of registration is 
 January 10, 1889.
