Mrs. Furlong Aged Resident, Passes Beyond Mrs. Mary A. Furlong, aged 85 years died at 2:30 o'clock last Saturday afternoon at her home, 102 East Sixteenth avenue. Deceased was born in Allegheny county and had resided here for the past forty years. She had been married for 53 years. She was a member of St. Mary's church and also of the Altar society and was generally noted for her many acts of charity and her kindly disposition to all. She is survived by her husbanrd [husband] William H. Furlong, one son, George, eight grand children and eight great grand children. Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 8:45 o'clock from her late home, 102 East Sixteenth avenue and soleman high mass will be conducted at St. Mary's church at 9:30 o'clock.
