Autopsy was performed, interval between onset of cause and death was 3 months

Additional Comments:
cause of death is illegible, but part can be read, it says postoperative 
portoventricular *** but I personaly know that death was due to heart valve 
problems. valve was replaced and the operation was not a success. Mr orville 
Hughes was my father, he married my mother Thelma Beard and at the time of his 
death he had fathered 15 children , 4 of who had preceded him in death.
