State of Pennsylvania
County of Allegheny

     Personally came before me, Fred. W. Edwards, Register
of Wills, &c. in and for said County, Ellis Michaels and upon
his solemn oath, did say that William Michaels late
of Homestead died on the 12th day of January A.D. 1902
at 5:15 a.m., to the best of his knowledge and belief, testate.
     Sworn and subscribed before me this 15th day of January A.D. 1902
