  LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
  	of
  MARGARET K. BARR
  
  I, MARGARET K. BARR of Pittsburgh, in the county of Alle-
  gheny and the State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory
  and understanding, do make, publish and declare this my
  last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by
  me at any time.
  
  First, I hereby direct the full payment of all my debts and fun-
  eral expenses.
  
  Second, I hereby direct that after such debts and necessary expenses
  be paid, the remainder of my estate, if any, shall be equally di-
  vided between my sons, CHARLES RUSSELL BARR and WILLIAM H. BARR.
  
  Third, I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, WILLIAM
  H. BARR, to be the executor of this my last Will and Testament,
  without requiring him to furnish bond.
  
  	In testimony whereof I have to this, my last will and tes-
  tament, set my hand and seal, this Fifth day of 
  September in the year one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

  	Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named
  testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of
  us, who at her request, in her presence and in the presence of each
  other have attested the same, and have hereunto subsribed our names
