I William Bar of the Township of Plum County of Allegheny and the State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my Last Will and testament as follow, viz. I will and bequeath to my niece Margaret J. Barr - daughter of my brother John Barr the one half of my farm on which I now reside - said half to include the mansion house stable spring house and other small buildings and to adjoin the Patterson Girls John thompson & Mr Morgan and thence from a point on the line of said Morgan northward through my farm to a point on Elias Stamate and thence on said Stamates to said Paterson and containing about thir- ty acres more or less all of which I will and bequeath to said Margaret J. her heirs and assigns forever, and the residue of my land being east of said line & adjoining said Morgan, Jos. Greer and said Elias Stamates I will and bequeath to the said Margaret J. for and during her natural life to have, hold, use and enjoy the same free and unmolested - and after the death of said Margaret J. I will that the said residue of land shall be sold as soon as possible and the proceeds thereof be distributed as hereinafter directed I also will to said Margaret J. two cows also all my household and kitchen furni- ture - and the remainder of my personal property I direct to be sold and the pro- ceeds distributed as hereinafter directed To my Sister Rebecca Wilkison I will and bequeath one hundred dollars To Minnie Jane Barr daughter of Fred Barr I will one hundred dollaras to be paid her at the death of Margaret J. To James Barr - Son of Fred Barr one hundred dollars at the death of Margaret J. To Annie May Wilkison one hundred dollars to be paid at the death of Margaret J. To Fred Barr, Son of My Brother James - I will one hundred dollars at the death of Margaret J. and the residue of my estate after paying all just claims. I will shall be divided equally among the following named heirs share and share alike viz William J. Barr - James Shook - William J. Wilkison, James Burlon and William S. Barr, the same to be paid at the death of said Margaret J. - I hereby constitute and appoint my niece the said Margaret J.
