Last Will and Testament of Eliza Barr
I, Eliza Barr of Plum Township Allegheny County
and State of Pennsylvania being of sound and disposing 
mind memory and understanding do make publish
and declare this to be my last Will and Testament
in manner following
First	I order and direct that all my Just debts funeral
	Expenses &c be fully paid as soon after my decease
as possible. 
Second	I order and direct that a suitable marker or head
stone be placed on my grave by my Executor
hereinafter named.
Third	I give and bequeath to my friend James A. Zimmerman
all the balance of My property – real personal and
mixed of whatsoever kind and wheresoever the
same may be found he is t have and to hold
the same absolutely.
Fourth	I do hereby nominate – constitute and appoint 
	A. C. Wettengel Executor of this my last Will and
testament.

In witness whereof I Eliza Barr Testatrix
have to this my last Will and Testament set my 
hand and seal this 26th day of February 1913

Signed sealed published and declared by the said
Eliza Barr testatrix as being and for her last Will
and testament in the presence of us who in her
presence and at her request and in the presence
of each other have signed our names as witness
