As to the property and effects of which I may be possessed at the time of my decease, I dispose of as follows; viz – I give and bequest to my daughter, Elleanor M’Conky, the sum of fifty dollars of the debt due me by my son James B. Barr, also the feather bed which I brought from Ireland, and two bed sheets. I give and bequeath to my grand-daugh- ter, Margaret M’Conkey, one bureau. I give and bequeath to my son, John Barr, the sum of three hundred dollars due me by Andrew McMaster and the residue of the debt and inter- est due me by my son James B. Barr, the amount of balance of said debt after the bequest to my daughter El- leanor, being one hundred dollars. I also give and bequeath to my said son John Barr, one pair of end tables & half a dozen chairs, and one half of the amount of the indebtedness to me of my son William C. Barr, arris- ing from the collection of rents, by Willi- am, of all tenants who have occupied a portion of the property bequeathed to me under the Will of my late husband William Barr, deceased. I give and bequeath to my son William C. Barr, the other half of his said in- debtedness to me, hereby releasing him from the payment of the said one half bequeathed to him. I give and bequeath to my son James B. Barr, one high post bedstead, one Book-case and all my books. I give and bequeath to my grand-daugh- ter, Margaret Elleanor Barr, one gilt frame looking glass. I give and bequeath to my daughter, Mary C. Henry, the sum of one hun- dred dollars, due me by Hugh McMaster, also all my beds and bedding, not here- inbefore disposed of, and all my body cloth- ing: in particular five fine sheets and one fine table cloth, and fine coverlet. I give and bequeath to my grand-daughter Margaret Barr Henry one set of silver- teaspoons. It is my will, and I do declare, and bequeath that each of the aforesaid legacies or bequests shall go to the party named, or his or her heirs and legal rep- resentatives, and a failure of any legacy, or bequest, or any part thereof; but each and every of the within named legatees shall receive, have, hold and enjoy his or her respective legacy or bequest, Lastly, I do hereby constitute and ap- point Hugh M’Master to be the Exec- utor of this my last Will and testa- ment. In Witness whereof, I Margaret Barr, the said testatrix, have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal, this Eighth day of Au- gust, in the year of our Lord one thou- sand eight hundred and sixty two.
