I, Rachel Beatty of the Ninth Ward, City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, though weak of body, do make this, my last will and testament. That is to say, I give and bequeath unto my sister, Ann Jane Beatty, all my personal property, monies, notes, mortgages and of what so ever kind , or of wheresoever situated for her own separate and sole use, benefit and behalf on condition that the said Ann J. Beatty shall support my mother during her natural life.
