Will Book # 137, Page 109, # 56 Written: October 15, 1915 Recorded: March 20, 1916 I, William M. Bentley of the Township of Shaler County of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, but recognizing the uncertainty of life, do hereby make, publish and declare, this, as and for my last will and testament in manner and following, to wit :- FIRST:- I give and bequeath unto my son John W. Bentley all my personal effects, including household goods, cash on hand and all my goods and chattels. SECOND:- I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my sister Mrs. Harriett V. Pierce of Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, all my interest in the estate of my deceased mother, Amanda Bentley THIRD:- To my son John W. Bentley, I give and devise my homestead, containing five acres, more or less, and being the same on which I now reside, situate in Shaler Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. FOURTH:- I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my two sons John W. Bentley and Peter R. Bentley, in equal shares, all my interest in the estate of Peter Renier, deceased, which became vested in me by the last will and testament of my wife, Alice R. Bentley, deceased. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said son John W. Bentley, executor of this my last will and testament. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Fifteenth day of October in the year of our Lord One thousand nine Hundred and Fifteen.
