Amen. I, John Biggs, Sen. of the County of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania, being in bad health but in perfect Mind and Memory, thanks be given to God, Calling to mind the Mortality of My Body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to Die do Make and Ordain This My Last Will and Testament that is to say principally and first of all, I give and recommend My soul into the hands of the almighty God that gave it and my Body to the Earth to be buried in a Christian Burial at the discretion of My Executrix Nothing Doubting but at the General resurrection I shall Receive the same again by the mighty power of God that gave it. And as touching sutch worldy Estate were with it hath pleased God to bless me in this life, I Give and Demise and Dispose of the same in the following Manner and form. First. I give & Bequeath unto Mary my Dearly Beloved Wife whom I Constitute, make, and ordain My sole executrix of this My Last Will and Testament all my personal Estate except sutch as may here after be willed to other heirs. Also, I Will and Bequeath unto my Beloved wife, two Lots of Land During her Natural Life containing about thity acres at the Lower End of my farm, joining Isaac Whitaker. Also, the one third part of A fifteen Acre Lot at the Upper End of my farm joining Abrm Whitaker to have the free and undisturbed use of the same while she lives. Also, I Give and Bequeath unto my son, Alexander A fifteen acre Lot at the Upper End of my farm joining Abrm Whitaker. Also, I Give and Bequeath unto my son William the middle Lot of fifteen acres, at the death of my wife. Also, I give and Bequeath the Lower Lot of fifteen Acres unto my son, Aaron, at the death of my wife. Also, my will is that the three Lots of land be laid of so as to Give Each an equal front on the river and to run straight lines back to the hill line. Also, I Give and Bequeath unto my son Alexander A Grey mare, Now on the farm. I also Will and Bequeath unto my daughter Emily, two cows and her feather Bed, that she now claims. Also, I Will and Bequeath unto my son John Biggs Jun. one Dollar. Also, to my daughter, Diana, one Dollar, Also to my daughter, Sharloote, one Dollar. Also, my daughter, Mary, one Dollar. Also to my daughter, Julian, one Dollar. Also, to my daughter, Matha, one Dollar, to be paid by my executrix out of the personal estate. Also, my Will is that my sons, William and Aaron should die before they arrive to twenty-one years of age, then their shares to fall to Alexander or if Either of them should die Before coming of full age, then that share is to fall to the two survivors. and I do hereby utterly disallow, Revoke, and Disannul all and every former Testaments, wills, Bequests, & Executors by me in any before named willed and bequeathed Ratifying and Confirming this & no other to be My Last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Seventeenth of June AD 1826. James Such Then personally appeared- Who on their solemn oath did depose and say, they were present and did see and hear John Biggs the testator sign, seal, publish pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing to be as his last will and testament and that at the time of so doing he was of perfect and sound mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief.
