I, Amelia F. Lowry, of 5474 Black St, Pittsburgh, Pa, being of sound mine, 
memory & understanding,... hetertofore made by me: 1. I direct that all my 
just...after my decease. 2. I give, devise and bequeath...husband, Harvey A. 
Lowry, in fee simple. 3. In case of the prior decease of my beloved husband, 
Harvey A. Lowry, I give...to my two children, Jane and Mildred, in fee simple, 
share and share alike. 4. I hereby appoint my beloved husband, Harvey A. 
Lowry, to be the executor of this, my last will and testament, and in case of 
his predecease, I appoint the Potter Title & Trust Company to be such executor 
and in such case, a suitabe  guardian...of the attornys for said executor. In 
witness thereof,...25th day of September, 1924  /s/ Amelia F. Lowry
