We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ____________________________________________________________ In the Name of God Amen I Mary Neely Widdow of Samuel Neely decd of the Township of Franklin the County of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and perfect understanding do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner Fowling First it is my will that my funeral shall be conducted in in a plain manner under the direction of my family and friends and the Expenses thereof paid out of my personal estate. Second it is my will and I do hereby devise and bequeath to my youngest son Henry Neely my farm in Franklin Township containing one hundred acres more or less adjoining lands of John Shrum, William Neely, John Downie and Tobias Cull. And I also devise and bequeath all of my personal estate to my Said son Henry Neely that shall remain after my funeral expense is paid of whatever demention it may be Except the following . Third it is my will and I do hereby devise and bequeath to my daughters Nancy Richey and Jane Wright all my wearing apperal to be Equally divided after my Decease. Fourth my other Heirs namely Thomas Neely Hught Neely Joseph Neely and my two daughters heretofore named in this will Have heretofore received their full share. Lastly I constitute and appoint William Neely Esq. my son Henry Neely Executors of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me maid and declaring no other to be my last will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the Seventh day of January in the year of our lord one Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Nine Signed Sealed Published and Declared Her SEAL by The Testator to be her Last Will Mary X Neely and Testament in her ?????? and Mark presence of us who have hereto Subscribed our names as witnesses Joseph White Sept. 27th 1865 Robert White Joseph White & William Neely sworn to the signature of Robert White State of Pennsylvania Allegheny County Be it known that on the 27th day of September AD 1865 before one Wm. J. Richardson Register of Wills ?? in and for the County aforesaid came Joseph White one of the subscribing Witnesses to the foregoing Instrument of writing who being duly sworn did depose and say that he was present and did see and hear the Testator Mary Neely sign (by making her mark her name having been previously written) seal publish and declare the same as and ??? her last will and Testament and at the time of so doing she was of sound mind and disposing memory to the best of his knowledge and belief and in her and at her request he subscribed his name as a witness. And also on the same day came the above deponent Joseph White and William Neely who being duly sworn did depose and say that they were well acquainted with Robert White the other subscribing witness to the foregoing instrument of writing and have frequently seen him. Robert White unto and that his signature in the foregoing instrument is in his, Robert White's, own proper hand writing as they verily believe. Wm. J. Richardson Register
