NICKLIN, of 481 South Bayshore Drive, Madeira Beach, Pinellas County, Florida, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,...by me at any time made. FIRST: I direct that all of my just debts, my funeral expenses and the costs of administration of my estate be paid as soon as practicable after my death. SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of the propeerty which I may own at the time of my death, real, personal and mixed, tangible and intangible, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situated, including all property which I may acquire or become entitled to after the execution of this will, (including all lapsed legacies and devices or other gifts made by this will which fail for any reason) and including any property over or concerning which I may have any power of appointment, I bequeath and devise to my wife, GRACE A. NICKLIN. THIRD: deals w/predecease of GRACE A. NICKLIN. FOURTH: I have purposely and specifically omitted making any provision in this, my Last Will and Testament, for my son, ROBERT L. NICKLIN or for my daughter, VIRGINIA JO FORTIER, it being my specific intent that my said children shall not inherit from me under the provisions of this, my Last Will and Testament. FIFTH: Deals with possibly leaving a written list of tangle personal property. SIXTH: Appoints GRACE A. NICKLIN as personal representative of the estate. If she can't, JAMES E. ELLIOTT 7350 Gulf Blvd. St. Petersburgh Beach, Florida will be the alternate personal; representative of the estate with full powers.
