Gray Deputy Register Allegheny County, SS. BY THE TENOR OF THESE PRESENTS I, Joseph H. Gray, Register for the Probate of Wills, and granting Letters of Administration in and for the County of Allegheny aforesaid, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Do Make known unto all Men, That on the day of the date hereof, at Pittsburgh, in the said County, before me was proved, approved and instituted the last Will and Testament of Prissilla Phillips late of Robinson Township in the county aforesaid, deceased, (a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed) having whilst she lived, and at the time of her death, divers goods, chattels, rights and credits within the said Commonwealth, by reason whereof the approbation and insinuation of the last Will and Testament, and the committing the administration of all and singular the goods, chattels, rights and credits which were of the said deceased, and also auditing the accounts, calculations and reckonings of the said administration, and a final dismission from the same to me are manifestly known to belong; and that the administration of all and singular the goods, chattels, rights and credits of the said deceased, any way concerning her last Will and Testament, was committed to Samuel Scott and Joseph McCurdy, Executor[s] in the said Testament named, they having first been duly qualified well and truly to administer the goods, chattels, rights and credits of the said deceased, and make a true and perfect inventory thereof, and exhibit the same into the Registers Office at Pittsburgh, on or before the seventeenth day of next, and to render a true and just account, calculation and reckoning of the said administration, on or before the seventeenth day of July one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight or when thereunto lawfully required, and to comply with the provisions of an Act of Assembly of the Commonwealth, entitled "An Act relating to collateral inheritances." IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal of office, at Pittsburgh, the seventeenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven. Jos. H. Gray, Register, The last will and testament of Prissilla Phillips of Robinson Township, Allegheny County and State of Pennsylvania . I Prissilla Phillips being weak in body but of sound mind and memory, blessed be God for the same, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following vi: 1st. I will and bequeath to my daughter Rachel Phillips, two hundred dollars in money. I also bequeath to her one bureau, her choice, on set of chairs and my best rocking chair, best mirror or looking glass, one settee, one lot of carpet now in use in the back room upstairs, one set of silver tea spoons my best. 2nd. I will and bequeath to my son John Phillips my carriage and harness belonging thereto, one set of chairs, my second best looking glass, one breakfast table, my second best Bible. 3rd. I will and bequeath to my son Samuel Phillips my best Bible and Psalm book, one rocking chair and one armed chair. 4th. I direct that after my debts are paid the residue of my personal property and money not otherwise disposed of shall be equally divided amongst my five daughters viz.: Hannah Spear, Jane Callahan, Elizabeth Scott, Mary Ann McCurdy, and Emiline Phillips, share and share alike, to be divided by them as they may think proper. 5th. And I do hereby constitute and appoint Samuel Scott and Joseph McCurdy Executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made and declare this only to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this fifteenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and sixty six.
