WILL OF JAMES ROBINSON, February 18, 1858; RECORDED March 15, 1858 "I JAMES ROBINSON, of the 3rd Ward City of Pittsburgh, being weak in body, and feeling my end approaching, and still being of disposing mind and memory, do make and publish, this my last Will and Testament. 1st. I will my body to its kindred dust, and my soul to God who gave it, with firm confidence of their reunion and a glorious resurrection through the merits of my Redeemer. 2nd. I order and direct, that my Executors here-in-after named, as soon as conveniently may be after my decease, pay my just debts and funeral expenses, out of the first rents come due. 3rd. It is my Will and I only direct and bequeath to my beloved wife Hannah G. the rents, issues and profits of all my real estate and interest on all money belonging to me, during her natural life. And also all the household and kitchen furniture of whatsoever kind to be hers absolutely. Upon my youngest child Christian P. arriving at Twenty One years of age, provided my wife be living and agrees to the same, and the heirs desire it, I empower order and direct my Executors to sell my Real Estate and permit my wife the said Hannah G. to have secured to her the entire interest of the money arising from sale of the same, together with the interest of the money aforesaid. Upon the decease of my beloved wife the said Hannah G., I order bequeath and desire to all my children, share and share alike all my property of whatsoever kind and description, their names being in the order of their age. Robert G, David E., James, Mary I., Hannah G., Joseph A., Fanny A. & Christy P. and should any of them die before their mother leaving children, then his or her share so dying shall go to his or her children. And I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my beloved wife Hannah G. Executrix & Dr. S. A. Sterrett Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
