I do hereby bequeath the same estate to him and his heirs forever; Provided allways that he the said AMBROSE do and shall discharge the following Legacies from the neat Value of the said Estate within three whole years from the day of my decease. ITEM: That after my decease (to wit) in the space of three whole years that my oldest son WILLIAM RYAN I give and bequeath one hundred Dollars. And I do hereby enjoin it on my executors to see that my son AMBROSE pay the same to him the Said WILLIAM RYAN or to his heirs. ITEM: I give and bequeath unto JANE CUFFY my oldest daughter at the time limited above one hundred dollars and that out of my real fund my son AMBROSE pay the same to her the said JANE CUFFY or to her heirs or assigns. ITEM: I give and bequeath after the term of three whole years be expired after my death unto REBECCA CARROLL my second oldest daughter now living the sum of one Dollar to be paid unto her by AMBROSE RYAN my son out of my real estate, and I enjoin my executors herein named to see that she be paid the same, or that her heirs or assigns be paid it. ITEM: I give and bequeath unto ISABELLA LARGE my third daughter now living under the restriction above Stated the sum of one Dollar and to be paid unto her, her heirs and assigns by my said son AMBROSE RYAN (to wit) in three whole years after my decease. ITEM: I give and bequath unto SARAH McDONALD the sum of Fifty Dollars and and my son AMBROSE I do hereby enjoin to pay the same after three whole years from the date of my decease. ITEM: To each of my daughters for divers good considerations I give and bequeath one Dollar each and I enjoin my son AMBROSE RYAN to pay the same to them in three years after my Decease to wit MATTY BOOHER and NANCY BOOHER. ITEM: I give and bequeath to my Grandson JAMES RYAN the son of AMBROSE RYAN one horse Colt which at this time is one half year old and I do enjoin his father to keep the same in trust for him or the avails thereof till he comes to the years of eighteen and should he not live so long then to the said AMBROSE. ITEM: I do by these presents in the most solemn manner constitute and appoint my Trusty and well beloved Friends SAMUEL -------- and THOMAS MAY at Pitt Township my executors of this my last Will and Testament, in Witness whereof I hereunto affix my hand and seal this 26th October 1810.
