Rowley of Upper St. Clair Twp., Allegheny Co., PA. Transcribed from an actual copy on filed in Allegheny Co., Volume 17, #226, pg. 435. Dated filed 08 May 1874. In the name of God Amen. I John A. Rowley of Bridgeville, Upper St. Clair Township, Allegheny Co. and state of Penna., being sick and weak in body, but of sound mind memory and understanding, considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof, and to the end that I may be the better prepared to leave this world whenever it shall please God to call me hence, do therefore make and declare this my last will and testament as follows: I give and bequeath to my wife Olevia all my right title claim and interest in that messuage and lot of ground in Bridgeville as above named on which we now reside, and bounded and described as follows; by the Washington Pike on the North, on the east by lands of Wilson Lesnett, on the South by lands of John M. Kirk; and on the west by lands of Sarah Roach, together with the house, and household goods, and chattels, and furniture and singular, all that thereto pertains and belongs. And further I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my wife executrix of this my last will and testament. And it is my desire that she will pay settle and adjust all my just debts or claims against my estate. In witness where of I the said testator John A.
