Last will and testament of Margaret Sutton I, Margaret Sutton of Moon Township the County of Allegheny, Pa do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following to wit; 1st - my will is and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied. 2nd - I order that my Executor hereafter named shall provide marble head and foot stones for my grave and the graves of my father and mother and sister Mary McCandless. 3rd - I will and bequeath to Margaret Doughty all my wearing apparell 4th - I will and bequeath to the person or persons whose house I shall be living at and before my decease my bed and bedding and other small articles. 5th - I will and bequeath Margaret Ewing my carriage. 6th - I will and bequeath to the board of Domestic Missions of the Presbyterian Church Old School One hundred dollars. 7th - I will that all my real estate be sold by my executor to the best advantage one year after my decease and they are hereby empowered to make a good deed to the purchaser for the same, and after paying expenses and legacies to divide the balance into six equal parts and pay one part to Joseph Rouzer one part to Adam Rouzer one part to Margaret Doughty one part to Alice Jane Gibson and one part to the two daughters of Philip Rouzer share and share alike and one part to David Mitchel, and I request that there be no appraisement of my personal property if it can be avoided according to law And lastly I do hereby make and ordain my esteemed neighbors John D.
