We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ___________________________________________ Will of Benney Trunick b. 25 Oct. 1803 D. 10 Feb. 1889 I Benney Trunick of Moon Township, Allegheny County, and State of Pennsylvania knowing the uncertainty of life and being of sound mind and memory, Blessed be god for the same do make and publish and declare this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making nul and void all former wills by me made. 1st My will is that my just debts and funeral charges be fully paid by my Executors herein after mentioned. 2nd I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary the house I now own and occupy and all that is in it ecept one bedsted bed and bedding also ten acres of real estate which the buildings are on during her natural life. Described as follows beginning on Elizabeth Beggs line thence to Duffys line then along Duffys line to Andrew Beggs line thence along the public rode and Andrew Beggs line so far as to make fen acres by running parallel with Duffy line to the place of beginning which I bequeath to Precila Trunick at the death of my wife to have and hold forever with all the buildings thereon in part of legacy. I direct that the remainder of my real estate be sold at my death by my Executors if not sold before I direct them to sel the Cole separate and reserve a rode to and from. I direct my Executor to sel and make title the same as I could do myself. I also direct that all my personal property be sold except what is here in after disposed of by will after my just debts and funeral charges are paid out of the proceeds of the sails. I bequeath the balance to my beloved wife for her support during her life, also one horse and buggy and two cows, I give and bequeath to Elizabeth Beggs fifty dollars also my sone John one hundred dollars, in adit I give to Precila Trunick one bedstead bed and bedding and one hundred in cash and one cow and a set of silver spoons with her Mothers name on. Also I give my Grandson Benney Trunick fifty dollars and two shares in the Pittsburgh and Lake Eary Railrode to be put on interest by my Executors till he arrives at the age of twenty one, when Precila Trunick gets married she is to get her portion of personal property if not married at the death of my wife she gets it then, the legacies to be paid at my wifes death or as soon as my Executors can get it and I do constitute and appoint H.C. Rankin and W.J. Meek Executors of this my last will and testament, in witness whereof I have hereunt set my hand and affixed my seal this seventh day of October A.D. Eighteen hundred and sixty nine. signed - Benney Trunick We who in the precence of the testator and at his request and in the presence of each other have signed as witnesses Attest Jerimiah Meek Attest S.D. Jennings I Benny Trunick being of sound mind and memory do make the following codicil to my foregoing will which I wish to stand from its date except sofar as I now alter it. Item first, my will is that my Grandson Benny Trunick sone of my sone John Trunick shal get one hundred dollars cash in leiu of the Railrode Bonds willed to him in my foregoing will. Item second, I give and bequeath to my Grand Sone John Benny Beggs sone of my daughter Elizabeth and Andrew Beggs one hundred dollars both these sums to be paid as soon after the death of my wife as the money can conveniently be had or when they shal arrive at the age of twenty one years if they should not be of age at my wifes death I direct my Executors shal put it out on Interest til they arrive at that age in testamony whereof I the said Benny Trunick have hereunt subscribed my name and affixed my seal this day of A.D. 1882, signed sealed and delivered by the said Benny Trunick to be a codicil to his last will and testament in presence of us who at his reques and in his presense have subscribed our nams as witnesses in the presense of each other.
