In the name of God Amen, I Aaron Wilson of Elizabeth Township...... 1. Wife Mary Wilson, the mantion house, Springhouse, & Garden during her lifetime, and other household items, etc., not mentioned here, but mentioned in the will. 2. My son Joshua Wilson, the sum of $1.00 3. Zacheus Milso, the sum of $1.00 4. James Wilson, the sum of $1.00 [the last mentioned having received an Equivalent Share previous to this will]. 5. Respecting my real property I give and bequeath to my son Alexander Wilson all the North end of the plantation on which he now resides...... 6. I give and Bequeath to my Son John Wilson all the hundred and six acres being the South end of the place before mentioned..... 7. I give and bequeath to Suffiah (Sophia) Bedsworth 1 yearling colt & $100 in cash the money to be paid to her again the 1st of April 1815 to apply the same to any one she sees proper. 8. To daughters Anne Wilson and Mary Wilson.... livestock from farm, some furniture items, and $100 in cash each. 9. I do devise to my daughter Elizabeth [Betty] Wilson the sum of $100 and livestock. 10. I do devise to my daugther Rebecca $100 in cash and livestock. Lastly: I bequeath to my two grandchildren, Mary & Rachel Walker the sum of $100 to be divided between.... the aforesaid sum being given in lieu of their Mother's dower, Susannah Walker. The final settlement probably had something to do with certain things to transpire after the death of the mother; as certain stipulations or conditions only existed after her death, such as dividing of furniture and livestock that was left to her. As I said, this was a lengthy will, too long for posting here. Since Darkis is not mentioned in will, one would assume one of girls mentioned in the will, used both given name and middle name. Also in related land documents, relating to the original farm, or plantation, John's wife is mentioned as being Sarah.
