Also 5 acres on Grant's Hill beginning on the line running past Dr. Bedford's land and running as far out as to make 5 acres to the upper line of the north corner of lot which goes to Mathew Stewart. Also wife to get plantation she and I now live on in Pitt Township to use for her natural life and likewise the remaining 27-1/2 acres on Grant's Hill. To sister by the law, Martha Stewart, otherwise Neel, 3 acres and 20 perches of lot on Grant's Hill, purchased of Archibald Campble (Campbell?) Reed reserving 20 feet along the upper side for an alley. To sister, Mary Gault, otherwise Willson - $20.00. To nephew, James Willson - $10.00 To niece, Jane Beard - $10.00 To niece, Rachel Johnston - $10.00 To nephew, Peter Willson - $50.00 To Niece, Mary Armstrong, otherwise Willson and her son, John Armstrong - $50.00 each To nephew and niece, John and Hannah Willson - $50.00 each House and lot in Cincinnati, and 2 lots in Newport, State of Kentucky, and the 150 acres in the Indian Territory Knox County near White River, and 200 acres of Donation land in the 5th District near Mercer shall be sold by executors.
