THOMAS WILSON, late of Wilkins Township, Allegheny County PA To wife, Agness Wilson and heirs - the house and garden to be disposed of at her death as she sees fit. Also, furniture, bonds, notes and bank accounts, 2 cows, 6 sheep - the livestock to be taken care of by sons: George and Francis To children of son, James Wilson - 2/3 of the property brother Francis willed to me as follows: 2/3 of the 1/6 part of the 27-1/2 acres of land on Grant's Hill, Pitt Township, 2/3 of the 1/6 part of the farm William Morrow now resides at his wife's death, 2/3 of the 1/6 part of 200 acres of Donation land in the 5th District of Mercer County, 2/3 of the 1/6 part of 350 acres of land in the state of Indiana being nine miles from Vincinnes and formerly Knox but now Gibson County. To two daughters, Mary Wigfield and Elizabeth Shaw; and son, James Willson - $10.00 each to be paid by sons George and Francis To son George and his heirs, the north end of where I now live bounded as follows: Beginning at the east end of the Smith shop along fence between two gardens to the Wash green. Use of Wash green and spring equally divided with Francis. Thence along fence to foot of the meadows and along that fence to a white oak outside fence with a blaze on one side; thence down spring run to Widow Johnston's line to the little lick; thence to the corner post on Sandy Creek; thence to William Willson's walnut corner; thence along said line to corner; thence along my line to Frederick Stoner's line; thence to Ironwood corner; then along my line until it strikes sugar tree corner; thence along Donaldson line to beginning. To daughter, Jane Baird - use of part of Orchard. George also get house presently occupied by Alexander Kenedy and Smith shop. To son Francis Willson - the Tavern house and barn with all other houses now on same and land as follows: Beginning at Smith's Shop and running on the line described to George to widow Johnston's, then along her line to John Duff's line; then along Duff's to a locust post; and on to Jane Baird's fence; then along fence to great road; along road to James Duff's line; along line to corner post; then to meadow fence; along fence to foot of young orchard; along that fence to garden fence; along garden and yard fence to road; and then back to Smith's shop. To daughter, Jane Baird - a third of the property Thomas Wilson's brother, Francis Wilson willed him To two grandsons, Willson Shaw and Willson Wigfield, a tract of land containing 260 acres and 50 perches on West branch of Deer Creek, Allegheny County. To be divided equally with Willson Shaw getting first pick.
