I Thomas Morrow being weak and frail in body but sound in mind for which I have great reason to be thankful Do make this my last will in manner and form as follows, I give and bequeath to my daughter Emily M.Donald the "History of Christ and his Apostles" to my daughter Nancy I give and bequeath "Clarks Commentary on the Gospels". To my daughter (*see below) I give and bequeath "Clarks Commentary on the Spirits" and the Remainder of my Estate both real and personal I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret to have and to hold the same and to devise and do with it as she may think best - And I hereby constitute and appoint my said wife Margaret to be the sole executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. Witness My hand and seal this 8th day of July A D 1847. Hilands Henry Palmer (both full written signatures) Be it known that on the 24th day of April A D 1850 personally came before me John Scott Register in and for the County aforesaid R. Hilands _?_ & Henry Palmer the subscribing witnesses to this foregoing instrument of writing who being by me duly sworn did depose to say that they saw the testator Thomas Morrow sign and heard him publish and declare it as being of and for his last will and testament. That at he time of so doing he was of sound & disposing Mind Memory and understanding to the best of their Judgement and belief. And that at his request and in his presence they Subscribed their Names as witnesses thereto as Given under My Name the above date.
