I Elizabeth Zimmerman of the Township of Patton County of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania - being of Sound mind and Memory do make This my last Will and testa- -ment as follows to wit. Item First I Set appart the Sum of two hundred dollars for the purpose of defraying my funeral expenses and Erecting over my grave head and foot Stones of marble the cost of Said Stones Shall not be less than the Sum of fifty dollars in the Cross Roads Cemetery - I hereby direct my Executors to attend to and See that these instructions are faithfully carried out. if any money Should remain unexpended of this Sum it is to be divided equally between my exectutors. Item I give devise & bequeath to my Son William My Spring Wagon and the Set of Single harness - I give to my Grandson Wm J. Zimmerman my wheelbarrow - I give to my grandaughter Elizabeth Mary Zimmerman the Bed and Bedding being the Bed I lie on also a double coverlet to go with Said Bed. Item I gie and bequeath to my Son Williams Wife Sarah my other bed and bedding. Item I direct my Executors to Sell the residue and remainder of my personal property the money deri- ved from Said Sale to be divided equally between my Daughters Margaret, Elizabeth, Mary Ellen and Nancy Jane Item I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Margaret J Robison the Sum of fifty dollars - Item I give and bequeath to my Grand daughter Elizabeth (My Son Michaels Daughter) the Sum of fifty dollars - Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Margaret intermarried with Reed Gibson the Sum of one hundred and fifty dollars - Item I give and Bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth intermarried with George Robison the Sum of one hundred and fifty dollars Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Ellen intermarried with Andrew Tilbrook the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Nancy Jane Lang intermarried with George H. Haymaker swn to sig.of John Scott March 15/83 ____________________________________________________________ STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA} Allegheny County } SS Be it Known, That on the Fifteen day of March A.D. 1883 before me Phillip Hoerr Register of Wills &c in and for the County aforesaid, came Peter Double one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing last will and testament of Elizabeth Zimmerman deceased, and on his solemn oath did depose and say that he was present and did see and hear Elizabeth Zimmerman, the testatrix therein named sign (by making her mark) seal publish and declare the same as and for her last will and testament, and at the time of so doing she was of sound mind and memory to the best of his know- ledge and belief and at her request and in her presence he subscribed his name as a witness thereto., Also on the same day came John C. Haymaker and on his solemn oath did depose and say that he was well acquainted with John Scott (the other subsc- ibing witness) his handwriting and sig nature and that the signature to the foregoing instrument of writing is in his (John Scotts) own proper handwriting as he verily believes, And that he now resides in the State of Kansas. Given under my hand, this 15th day of March A.D. 1883 Phillip Hoerr Register Now, March 15th A.D. 1883 the testimony of the above named witnesses being sufficient, I do hereby admit the foregoing Will to Probate, and order the same to be recorded as such.
