We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. _____________________________________________________________________ "Will" Know all men by these Presents, that I, Michael Zimmerman, of Plum Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish, and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, thereby revoking and making null and void any former wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST. I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid by my executor as soon after my decease as may be conveniently done. SECOND. I will, devise, and bequeath unto my son Edward Zimmerman, all that certain farm in Plum Township, Allegheny Co., Pa., upon which I now reside, bounded and described as follows:- On the North by McClung's heirs and George B. Alter; On the East by Jacob Alters heirs; On the South by Thomas Kings heirs; On the West by Henry McComb's, containing one hundred and twenty acres more or less. To have and hold to himself, his heirs and assigns forever, together with all farming utensils, live stock, hay and grain. THIRD. It is my will and desire that my beloved wife Nancy A. Zimmerman, shall have a comfortable home in the mansion house with my son Edward, and I hereby order and direct my said son to provide a comfortable home for her therein during her natural life, Provided, however, that if my said wife should desire to reside elsewhere, then I order and direct my said son to pay her in lieu of her residence with him, the sum of one hundred dollars annually for and during her natural life. FOURTH. I also give and bequeath unto my said wife, all the household goods and furniture, to be hers absolutely. FIFTH. I hereby order and direct my seven children to erect a suitable monument on our family lot in the Plum Creek Cemetery to cost between $300- and $400- to be paid for by said children share and share alike. SIXTH. All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, real and personal, or mixed, of which I may die seized or possessed, and wheresoever the same my(sic)be found at the time of my death, after payment of my just debts and funeral expenses as aforesaid, I will devise and bequeath unto my said wife and my six daughters, share and share alike; that is to say:-- One seventh to my said wife, Nancy A. Zimmerman; one seventh to my daughter, Elizabeth Bracken; one seventh to my daughter, Martha Ann Grubbs; one seventh to my daughter, Jaquetta Berlin; one seventh to my daughter, Mary F. Clemens; one seventh to my daughter, Susan Ferguson, one seventh to my daughter, Josie Zimmerman; to have and to hold, to them, their heirs and assigns forever. SEVENTH. I hereby constitute and appoint my said son Edward Zimmerman, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
