duly sworn, says  that Nancy A. Zimmerman.being at the time a resident of Oakmont, Allegheny 
County, and a citizen of United States died intestate at Oakmont, Pennsylvania,. on November 
11, 1925 A.D at 12:30 P.M., possessed of personal estate to the value of $..4700.00 and of real 
estate (less encumberances) to the value of  $ - - - as nearly as can be ascertained, situate in

     And now to wit,.December 30,1926 the account in this case having been filed and confirmed 
nisi, and having been examined and audited by the Court, upon consideration   thereof, it is 
decreed that the account be confirmed absolutely, and that the funds in the hands of the 
accountant, to wit $3772.93, be paid in accordance with the schedule of distribution hereto 
attached and made part thereof, unless exceptions be filed within ten days, or an appeal be taken 
here from within three weeks.
