I William Zimmerman Sr of the Township of Patton and County of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania being of Sound mind and memory make this my last Will and testa- ment hereby revoking any wills by me heretofore made Item I give and bequeath to my bloved Wife Elizabeth all the rents issues and provits of all my real Estate during her natural life. Item I give and bequeath to my Granddaughter Margaret Jane Robison the Bed and Beding in the Room She occupies as a Sleeping apartment also a dining Table. The residue and remainder of my Household and Kitchen furniture I give to my wife Elizabeth. Item I give and bequeath to my Grand Son William J. Zimmerman a Bed and Beding the one he now occupies - also my shot gun and acoutrements - also my Bay Mare Item I give and bequeath to my two sons Michael and William - All my real Estate being the Farm upon which I now reside to be divided equally between them also all the Coal underlying the Said farm to be equally dvided between the Said Michael and William Each of the Said Sons to have the right to mine Coal unobstructed Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Margaret intermarried with B. R. Gibson the Sum of three hundred dollars - Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth intermarried with George Robison The Sum of three hundred dollars Item I Give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Ellen intermarried with Andrew Tilbrook the Sum of Three hundred dollars. Item I Give and bequeath to my daughter Nancy Jane intermarried with George H. Lang The Sum of Three hundred dollars Item I give and bequeath to my Grand daughter Margaret Jane Robison The Sum of Three hundred dollars Item I give and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth a Spotted Heifer. Item I hereby direct my Executors to sell the remainder of my personal property. Item I hereby direct my Sons Michael and William to pay each of my daughters and my Grandaughter Margaret Jane Robison the Sum of twenty dollars each year until the Sum bequeathed to each of them Shall be paid. Item I hereby Constitute and appoint as the Executors of this my last Will and testament my two Sons Michael and William - In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this fifth day of April A. D. 1879 Signed Sealed published and declared by the within named testator to be his last Will and testament (Signed) in of us who Subscribed our Michael Zimmerman (LS) names in presence of the Said testator and each other Peter Double Nov 28 Joseph Scott " 28 Letters granted Dec 10, 1879 ____________________________________________________________ STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA} Allegheny County } SS Be it Known, That on the Twenty Eighth day of November A.D. 1879 before me Phillip Hoerr Register of Wills &c in and for the County aforesaid, came Peter Double and Joseph Scott, the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing last Will and Testament of Wm Zimmerman deceased and on their solemn oath did depose and say they were present and did see and hear Wm Zimmerman the testator therein named sign, seal, publish and declare the same as and for his last Will and Testament, and at the time of so doing he was of sound mind and memory to the best of their knowledge and belief and at his request and in his presence, they subscribed their names as witnesses thereto. Given under my hand, this 9th day of December A.D. 1879 Phillip Hoerr Register Now, December 9th A.D. 1879 the testimony of the above named witnesses being sufficient, I do hereby admit the foregoing Will to Probate, and order the same to be recorded as such.
