Brown buwbrown@comcast.net June 4, 2008, 8:58 am Letter from James Quinn, Pittsburgh, to J.J. Gillespie, President Board of Reform School: Request discharge of William Allchurch as I have a situation for him with my brother-in-law, who is manager of the Benwood Iron Works at Benwood, West Virginia. I think I can make a good boy of him and he may not have this chance in the future. I am William Allchurch's step father.
