Testimony given by: George Wilson of Pittsburgh. William Tierney has been running around the streets of Pittsburgh for some time past, he has no home, his parents are dead, he has no place to sleep or eat. He has been in the Watch House several times & had been in the habit of stealing small things; keeps very bad company. For his future welfare he should be put under the care of the managers of the House of Refuge. W.C.
