Redman, Justice of the Peace of Allegheny County, Penn., by Charles Guarnieri of Braddock, father of Antonio Guarnieri, a minor. Aged seventeen, has run away from home on three different occasions and was gone for several months at a time. Smokes and swears. Uncontrollable. (signed) Carlo Guarnieri Cal Fritzins of Braddock deposes that he has known Antonio for over 2 years. He is incorrigible. Additional Comments: Notes made upon the boy's arrival at the Pennsylvania Reform School at Morganza, Pa.: Antonio Guarnieri, No. 5661, Division E. Mother dead, father Charles Guarnieri keeps a fruit stand, lives at Braddock, Pa. Sent here for running away from home, disobedience. Description: Height 5'2 1/2", weight 112 pounds. Brown hair & eyes, dark complexion. Small coffee colored mark on right cheek. Two vaccine marks on right arm. Age 18 on May 3, 1899; received Mar. 11, 1899. Born in Italy of Italian parentage. Catholic. Father intemperate, does not own property. No siblings. Illiterate. Swears, lies, uses tobacco. Does not steal, is not intemperate. Has never been arrested before.
