Hunneshager, Police Magistrate of the City of Allegheny, by Julius Scheider, father of Albert Scheider, born Dec. 22, 1885. Uncontrollable, will not attend school, won't work, associates with vile and vicious companions. (signed) Julius Scheider, No. 518 Dawson St., Allegheny. Deposition by Ida E. Heinritz and Catharine Donnelly, both of 518 Dawson St.: same information. Additional Comments: Notes made upon the boy's arrival at Pennsylvania Reform School at Morganza: Albert Scheider, # 5849, Division C. Mother dead. Father, Julius Scheider, a laborer, living at 518 Dawson St., Allegheny, Pa. Sent here for disobedience and not going to school. Description: height, 4'9 1/2"; weight, 72 pounds. Light hair, blue eyes, light complexion, small scar on right wrist and one under chin. Age: 15 on Dec. 22, 1900; received Feb. 13, 1900. Born in Penna. of German parentage. Lutheran. Father intemperate; owns no property. 2 older brothers, 1 older sister. Can read and write. Swears, lies, steals, uses tobacco, is intemperate. Has been arrested before.
