Hunnesberger, Police Magistrate of the City of Allegheny, by Mathias and Barbara Andriesewic, parents of Adam Andriesewic, a minor born Nov. 25, 1888. They reside 1540 Ohio St., Allegheny. Adam is uncontrollable, will not obey, will not go to school. He stays out at night, associates with vile companions. Depositions by J.V. Muzina and Nicholas Katkic agree that Adam is fit subject for reform school. Additional Comments: Notes made upon the boy's arrival at Pennsylvania Reform School at Morganza: Adam Andrieswic, No. 5721, Division B. Parents liviong at 1540 Ohio St., Allegheny, Penna. Father, Mathias Andrieswic, works at Heinz. Sent here for disobedience, not going to school. etc. Description: height, 4'5"; weight 72 pounds. Brown hair and eyes, dark complexion, four vaccine marks left arm and two on right. Small scar on spine. Scar on side of left leg. Age: 12 on Dec. 24, 1899; received July 19, 1899. Born in Germany of German parents; Catholic. Father and mother intemperate, own no property. 2 younger brothers, 1 younger sister. Can read and write. Swears, lies, steals, has been arrested before.
