Hunnesbarger, Police Magistrate of Allegheny, by John and Barbara Klincovsky, parents of Joseph Klincovski, a minor born Nov. 2, 1889. Uncontrollable, disobedient, will not go to school, runs away from home, stays out at nights. Steals, lies and associates with vile and vicious companions. J.V. Muzina of 1462 Ohio St. & Nicholas Ratkic of 1613 Ohio St. depose the same. Additional Comments: Notes made upon the boy's arrival at Pennsylvania Reform School at Morganza: Joseph Klinscorski (Klinscovski?), No. 5731, Division A. Parents living at 664 East Ohio St., Allegheny, Pa. Father John Klinscorski a laborer. Sent here for running with bad boys, stealing, etc. Description: height 4' 5"; weight 72 pounds. Light red hair, gray eyes, fair complexion, pug nose. Three fingers off at knuckle and small finger off at 2nd joint of right hnd. One vaccine mark on left arm. Age: 10 on Oct. 21, 1899; received Aug. 3, 1899. Born in Poland of Polish parents. Catholic. Father and mother intemperate, do not own property. 3 older brothers, 2 younger brothers, 2 older sisters. Can read & write. Swears, lies, steals. Does not use tobacco, is not intemperate, has not been arrested before.
