Report of Executive Committee of the House of Refuge of Western Pennsylvania. 
Daniel Morgan, colored, is going into a decline - the left lung is badly 
diseased & if he improves sufficiently the physician recommends that he be sent 
to the neighborhood of some oil refining if such an arrangement can be made.  
Is now in Infirmary.  Has been complaining about 6 weeks.
