Letter from Joshua Hanna, Sec. P.T., to Thomas G. Rutherford, Supt.: You are 
authorized to discharge David Stewart when his mother is ready to leave the 
city.  She is going to Perry County, Penn.

Additional Comments:
Rutherford was Superintendent of the House of Refuge, a state reform school at 
Morganza, Pa.
