Report of the Visiting Committee of the House of Refuge of Western Pennsylvania:
Ellen Greely, aged 13 years, committed by Mayor Lowry of Pittsburgh, on the 
oath of Daniel Greely, her father, and Hom (? illegible) Healy for stealing and 
being beyond the control of the father.  Ellen was discharged from the House to 
the care of her father about 10 months ago.  Consider her a fit subject.
