Report of the Visiting Committee, House of Refuge for Western Pennsylvania at 
Morganza, Pa.: George Pilgrim, aged 12 years, committed by A.S. Nicholson, 
Alderman of the City of Pittsburgh, on the oath of Michael Groetch & Bemuel 
Dougherty.  His parents are dead.  His sister, who he has been living with, is 
a prostitute and now in jail.  Recommend him as a fit subject.
