Taylor, Alderman of City of Pittsburgh, by Peter Wurzel of the Borough of Lawrenceville that his son George Wurzel, aged 8, be considered a fit subject for the House of Refuge. He is vicious and incorrigible, plays truant from school, remains out at night for a week at a time.
