Letter, Star Employment Bureau, Pittsburgh, to J.A. Quay, Supt., Penn. Reform 
School, Morganza: This is to introduce to you the bearer, Mr. J.L.C. Irwin, 
whom I send to you as an applicant for situation under you as Steward....He was 
in the employ of the "Longview Hospital," Carthage, O., over one year, and a 
young man of good habits.
