Printed form entitled "To the Superintendent of the Pennsylvania Reform School, 
Morganza, Washington Co., Pa.  Sir: I am informed that John Jones will in a 
short time be entitled to release and I write requesting that he be paroled to 
me.  I promise to furnish him with a good home and to find employment for him 
as soon as he is released, and to report every three months to the 
Superintendent in writing, giving a true statement of his employment and 
behavior.  Below you will find my name and address.  Name: Eliza Jones Round;
Street and No., McMahon Street; Postoffice, McKees Rocks, Allegheny Co., Pa.
