Note from "Friends 11th Ward, Allegheny, Pa." to "Warden" (Pennsylvania Reform 
School, Morganza): I learned through friends that John Wittmer is wanted at the 
school for doing mischief and that you are after him.  He is at George 
Wittmer's farm working.  He carry a revolver and everybody is afraid of him.  
He is a nuisance.  He is working on the place above mentioned 11th Ward 
Allegheny, Pa., if you want him.
